Facial Scan Saves Toilet Paper

Ever keen to save money, Chinese authorities in Beijing have fitted facial scanners to stop users taking too much toilet paper.

Worst hit are the popular Temple of Heaven conveniences where visitors allegedly went through so many rolls authorities concluded they must either be selling them on the black market or eating them.

No longer! Now new facial scanners let users get a 2 foot length of toilet paper for their effort. While, those who return in less than an hour and a half can expect to get nothing for their troubles.
